Particle sizes range from 8 to 50 microns, allowing friction coefficient tuning based on mating surface hardness and roughness. Substrate options include carbon and stainless steel grades, with finished thicknesses from 0.08mm up to 3.2mm and beyond. For development programs or urgent production needs, samples can be completed and shipped in under a week using stocked materials. Our engineering team provides full technical backing including reverse engineering of existing parts and independent Coefficient of Friction (CoF) and traction testing.
